Inland Revenue (Amendment) Act (No. 8 of 1987) - Sect 10

Amendment of section 23 of the principal enactment

10. Section 23 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows:
(1) in subsection (1) of that section-
(2) in subsection (3) of that section (a) by the insertion immediately after paragraph (b) of the following paragraphs:
(3) in subsection (7) of that section by the insertion, immediately after paragraph (e) of the following paragraph:
