Inland Revenue (Amendment) Act (No. 8 of 1987) - Sect 18

Amendment of section 42 of the principal enactment

18. Section 42 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the insertion, immediately after paragraph (88) of that section, of the following paragraph:
"(sss) the National Defence Fund established by the National Defence Fund Act, No.9 of 1985 ;".
