Inland Revenue (Amendment) Act (No. 8 of 2001) - Sect 13

Amendment of section 186 of the Principal enactment

13.Section 186 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows :-
(1) by the substitution, in the definition of 'owner', for the words "ground rent of other", of the words "ground rent or other";
(2) in sub-paragraph (ii) or paragraph (b) of the definition of 'qualifying distribution' by the substitution, for the word and figures "paragraph (a) of section 8", of the words and figures "paragraph (a) or paragraph (b) of section 8"
