Inland Revenue (Amendment) Act (No. 8 of 2005) - Sect 36

Amendment of section 132A of the principal enactment

36. Section 132 A of the principal enactment as amended by Act, No. 12 of 2004, is hereby further amended in the second proviso to that section by the substitution for the words "such person shall be liable to," of the words "such person or partnership shall be liable to,".
