Inland Revenue (Amendment) Act (No. 8 of 2005) - Sect 7

Amendment of section 11 of the principal enactment

7. Section 11 of the principal enactment as last amended by Act, No. 12 of 2004, is hereby further amended in subsection (1) of that section by the substitution in paragraph (i) of that subsection, for the words "paid to a shareholder", of the words "paid to an unit holder".
