Amendment of section 38B of the principal enactment

22. Section 38B of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the substitution, for the words and figures " for every year of assessment commencing on or after April 1, 1976, " of the words and figures : - " for the year of assessment commencing on April 1, 1976,".
