Establishment of the International Winged Bean (Dambala) Institute

2.
(1) There shall be established an Institute which shall be called the International Winged Bean (Dambala) Institute (hereinafter referred to as the " Institute ") which shall consist of the persons who are for the time being members of the Board under section 5.
(2) The Institute shall, by the name assigned to it by subsection (1), be a body corporate and shall have perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
