22. The following new section is hereby inserted immediately after section 60 of the principal enactment and shall have effect as section 60A of that enactment.
| 60A. For the avoidance of doubts it is hereby declared that where, by reason of an Order made under section 3, any area of a judicial zone, judicial district or judicial division falls into another or new judicial zone, judicial district or judicial division, the court in which any action, proceeding or matter is pending on the day immediately preceding the date of such Order, shall have full power and jurisdiction to carry on and complete such action, proceeding or matter.". |
