Section 6 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (1) of that section, by the substitution for the words, " Every District Judge and Judge of the Family Court, Magistrate and Judge of the Primary Court and ", of the words " Every District Judge, Judge of the Small Claims Court and Magistrate". |
