Judicature (Amendment) Act (No. 27 of 1998) - Sect 2

Amendment of the Second Schedule to Act No 2 of 1978

2. The Second Schedule to the Judicature Act, No, 2 of 1978 is hereby amended by the repeat of item 1 of that Schedule and the substitution therefor of the following item:-
"(1)
(a) offence punishable under sections 296,297 and 300 of the Penal Code,
(b) offence punishable under section 364 of the Penal Code (except in case where the offence is committed in respect of a woman under sixteen years of age)".
