Judicature (Amendment) Act (No. 29 of 1991) - Sect 3

Amendment of the Fifth Schedule to the principal enactment

3.The Fifth Schedule to the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows:-
(1) by the insertion, immediately before the item " All Councilors of Municipal Councils and Members of Urban Councils, for their respective Municipal Council and Urban Council areas ;" appearing under the heading " JUSTICES OF THE PEACE FOR PORTIONS OF SRI LANKA " of the following new item :
(2) by the substitution, for the item "All elected Members of Development Councils for the respective Administrative Districts for which such Councils are constituted", of the following item :-
