Judicature (Amendment) Act (No. 36 of 1983) - Sect 2

Amendment of the Fifth Schedule of Act No. 2 of 1978

2. The Fifth Schedule to the Judicature Act, No. 2 of 1978, is hereby amended as follows : -
(a) by the addition, immediately after the last item appearing under the heading "JUSTICES OF THE PEACE FOR SRI LANKA ", of the following new items :
(b) by the substitution, for the items
(c) by the addition, at the end of that Schedule, of the following new item : .
