It shall be the duty of every person who has made a declaration under section 7 and in receipt of relief under regulations made under this Act to notify the Commissioner, of any material change in the particulars furnished by him in such declaration with respect to his assets and liabilities or those of his spouse, children or other dependents, within a period of two months from the date of such change- |
