| 7. It shall be lawful for the Commissioner to require every person to whom this Act applies to make declaration in such form and in such manner may be prescribed, of the assets and liabilities of such person, his spouse, children and other dependents and such other information as may be required for the purpose of ascertaining whether he is eligible for the grant of relief under regulations made under this Act- |
