| 5. Any moneys remaining after the application of the funds of the Janawasa Commission and the Janawasas, as the case may be, by the liquidators appointed in respect of each of such bodies respectively, for the purposes specified in section 21 of the Finance Act, No. 38 of 1971, shall be vested in the Secretary to the Treasury. |
