Meetings of members of Janawasa

13.

(1) A meeting of the members of a Janawasa (hereinafter referred to as the " general body ") shall be held at least once a year.

(2) By-laws may be made relating to -

	(a) the holding of extraordinary meetings of the general body;

	(b) the convening of meetings and the trans-actions of business and procedure at meetings, both annual and extraordinary; and

	(c) all matters connected with or incidental to the matters aforesaid.
