Janawasa Law (No. 25 of 1976) - Sect 18

Nominations

18.
(1) Every member of a Janawasa shall have the right to nominate a person on whom his shares and other interest in the Janawasa shall devolve on his death.
(2) There shall be maintained by the Janawasa a register in which nominations shall be registered.
(3) A member shall have the right to change such nomination.
