Liquidation after cancellation of registration of Janawasa

32.
(1) Where a Janawasa is dissolved under section 31 the Janawasa Commission may appoint one or more persons to be the liquidator or liquidators of the Janawasa.
(2) With effect from the date on which an order of cancellation takes effect all the property of the Janawasa shall vest in the liquidator or liquidators.
