Registration
4. If the Janawasa Commission is satisfied that a society has complied with the provisions of this Law and the regulations and by-laws made thereunder and that the by-laws of the society are not contrary to this Law or to such regulations and by-laws, it may, if it thinks fit, register the society as a Janawasa. An appeal in accordance with such regulations as may be made in that behalf shall lie to the Minister against the refusal of the Janawasa Commission to register any society. The decision of the Minister on such appeal shall be final and conclusive and shall not be questioned in any court. |
