| 62. In this Law, unless the context otherwise requires- " Commission " means the Janawasa Commission established by this Law ; "' Federation " means the association of Janawasas; " Janawasa " means a society having the objects set out in section 9 and registered under this Law ; " Land Reform Commission " means the Land Reform Commission established by the Land Reform Law, No. 1 of 1972 ; " specified institution " means any institution declared by the Minister by Order published in the Gazette to be a specified institution ; " state institution " means any institution declared by the Minister by Order published in the Gazette to be a state institution. |
