| 8. The Board shall, as soon as practicable after the thirty-first day of December of each year, prepare a report on the administration of the affairs of the Centre during that year together with a statement of the income and expenditure of the Centre, and of the investment of the moneys belonging to the Centre during that year. The Board shall transmit such report and statement to the Minister who shall cause them to he placed before Parliament. |
