Office bearers and election of the board of management

6. The Office-bearers of the Corporation for the purpose of constituting the Board of Management shall mean and include a president, five vice presidents, a general secretary, two assistant secretaries, a treasurer and an assistant treasurer. The Office-bearers and the other twelve members, of the Board of Management shall be elected at every General Meeting.
