Kandyan Marriage and Divorce (Amendment) Act (No. 19 of 1995) - Sect 3

Amendment of section 68 of the principal enactment

3. Section 66 of the principal enactment Is hereby amended by the substitution for the definition of " lawful age of marriage", of the following definition:- "lawful age of marriage" In relation to the male party and the female party to the marriage means eighteen years of age;
