| (1) The affairs of the corporation shall, subject to the rules in force for the time being of the corporation, be administered by an executive committee consisting of the president, five vice-presidents, the honorary general secretary, the honorary assistant general secretary and the honorary treasurer of the corporation and twenty-one other members to be elected in accordance with the rules in force for the time being of the corporation. |

| (2) The executive committee of the Kelani Young Men's Buddhist Association holding office on the date of commencement of this Act shall be the first executive committee of the corporation. |
