Local Authorities Elections (Amendment) Act (No. 15 of 1965) - Sect 16

Amendment of section 45 of the principal enactment. [ 10, 9 of 1963.]

16. Section 45 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (1) of that section, by the substitution in paragraph (b) of that subsection, for the expression " distinctive symbols", of the word " symbols ".
