Local Authorities Elections (Amendment) Act (No. 15 of 1965) - Sect 36

Amendment of the Sixth Schedule of the principal enactment.[ 25, 15 of 1965.]

36. The Sixth Schedule of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the insertion, in the appropriate column of that Schedule, immediately after item 1, of the following new item :-
" 1A. Section 60 . Every reference to a returning officer shall be deemed to include a reference to a counting officer.".
