Section 38 of the Local Authorities Elections ordinance as amended by Law No 24 of 1977, (hereinafter referred to as the "Principal enactment") is hereby further amended in subsection (3) of that section, by the substitution for the words "Where due to any emergency the poll for the election' of the words Where the elections officer in consultation with the Commissioner is of the opinion, that due to any emergency or unforeseen circumstances the poll for the election" |
