Local Authorities Elections (Amendment) Act (No. 25 of 1990) - Sect 6

Amendment of section 35 of the principal enactment

6. Section 35 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in the proviso to subsection (3) of that section by the substitution for the words " it shall be lawful for the Minister to nominate" of the words "it shall be lawful for the Minister taking into consideration the provisions contained in subsection (1A) of section 28 to nominate''.
