Replacement of section 22 of the principal enactment
103. Section 22 of the principal enactment is hereby repealed and the following section substituted therefor:-
22. The Mayor, or in his absence, the Deputy Mayor, shall preside at all meetings of the Council, and if both the Major and the Deputy Mayor are absent, the Councillors present shall elect one of their own number to preside at the meeting.".
