Amendment of section 327 of the principal enactment

115. Section 327 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (1) of that section by the substitution for the definition of " Mayor " and "Deputy Mayor" of the following new definitions:- "Mayor" and Deputy Mayor" means respectively the Mayor and Deputy Mayor elected in accordance with the provisions of the Local Authorities Elections Ordinance.'.
