51. Section 43 of the principal enactment is hereby repealed and the following section substituted therefor:-
| 43. The electoral list for the time being in force for any electoral area shall be conclusive evidence for the purpose of determining whether or not a person is entitled to vote at any election for that electoral area, and the right of voting of any person whose name is contained in such list shall not be prejudiced by any appeal pending before the Supreme Court under this Ordinance in respect of the inclusion of such person's name in the list, and any vote given by any such person during the pendency of any such appeal shall be as valid as though no such appeal were pending and shall not be affected by the subsequent decision of the appeal: |
