Replacement of section 63A of the principal enactment
67. Section 68A. of the principal enactment is hereby repealed and. the following section substituted therefor: -
63A. Any power, duty or function of a counting officer under section 62 or. section 63 may be exercised, performed or discharge for and on his behalf by any of his assistants or clerks acting under the supervision and direction of such officer.".
