| 18. The Government shall grant to the Commission out of the Consolidated Fund for the purpose of carrying out the aims and objects of the Commission such sum as may be voted by the National State Assembly for the purpose, which sum shall be expended in accordance with such general or special directions as the Minister may from time to time give. |
