| (1) The Commission shall annually prepare a written report of the Commission's work and finances during the year completed, including any information furnished to, and directions given by, the Minister and shall transmit to the Minister and the Bar Council-
| | (a) a copy of such report; | | |
| | (b) a copy of the income and expenditure account and balance sheet in respect of such year certified by the Auditor-General; and | | |
| | (c) a copy of the Auditor-General's report. | | |

| (2) The Minister stall lay copies of the reports and statements referred to in subsection (1) before the National State Assembly. |
