(1) The Commission may make regulations generally for the purpose of giving effect to the principles and provisions of this Law and particularly in respect of any matter which is stated or required by this Law to be prescribed, or in respect of which regulations are required or authorized by this Law to be made. |

(2) No regulation made under this Law shall have effect until it is approved by the Minister, confirmed by the National State Assembly, and published in the Gazette. |
