Amendment of the long title of Act No. 3 of 1979

2. The long title of the Local Authorities (Special Provisions) Act, No. 3 of 1979, hereinafter referred to as the " principal enactment", is hereby amended by the substitution for the words "LOCAL GOVERNMENT SERVICE.", of the words "LOCAL GOVERNMENT SERVICE AND FOR MATTERS CONNECTED THEREWITH OR INCIDENTAL THERETO.".
