Section 158 of the Town Councils Ordinance is hereby amended in sub-section (1) thereof, in paragraph (a), by the substitution, for the words " by the Council in the exercise of its powers and the discharge of its functions ", of the words " by the Council or by the secretary or by any other officer of the Council in the exercise of its or his powers and the discharge of its or his functions ". |
