Section 188 of the Municipal Councils Ordinance is hereby amended in sub-section (1) thereof, in paragraph (r), by the substitution, for the words " Mayor on behalf of the Council in the exercise of its powers and the discharge of its functions ", of the words " Mayor or the Commissioner or any officer of the Council on behalf of the Council in the exercise of its or his powers and the discharge of its or his functions ". |
