Replacement of section 38 of the principal enactment
16. Section 38 of the principal enactment is hereby repealed and the following section is substituted therefor:-
38. The amount to be paid by a permit-holder annually torn the purposes of sub-section (3) of section 19A shall be determined in accordance with such as may be made in that behalf.".
