Replacement of section 54 of the principal enactment
29. Section 54 of the principal enactment is hereby repealed and the following section is substituted therefor: -
54. The owner of a holding or nomination, permit-holder may make a further in lieu of any nomination which has been cancelled; and a person may be denominated as successor notwithstanding the previous cancellation of the nomination of that person in such capacity.".
