Land Development (Amendment) Act (No. 16 of 1969) - Sect 86

Amendment of section 172 of the principal enactment

86. Section 172 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows: -
(a) by the substitution, for the words " owners on holdings ", wherever those words occur collectively in that section, of the words " permit-holders who are paying annual sums by virtue of the provisions of sub-section (3) of section 19A "; and
(b) by the substitution, for the words " the owner of a holding ", of the words '' such a permit holder ".
