Section 19 of the Land Development Ordinance (hereinafter referred to as the "principal enactment") is hereby amended in subsection (3) of that section by the substitution for the words " The Government Agent shall" of that section of the following:-" The Government Agent shall in addition, cause the permit to be registered ; no fee shall be paid or recovered for such registration.". |
