Local Government Service (Amendment) Act (No. 10 of 1985) - Sect 13

Amendment of section 14 of the principal enactment

13. Section 14 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the repeal of subsection (1) of that section, and the substitution therefor, of the following subsection :.
"(1) There shall be appointed a person to tie or to act as the Director of Local Government Service to perform any duty Or function imposed on him under this Law or delegated or assigned to him by the Minister by Order published in the Gazette".
