Local Government Service (Amendment) Act (No. 16 of 1987) - Sect 3

Amendment of section 25 of the principal enactment

3. Section 25 of the principal enactment, as amended by Act No. 10 of 1985, is hereby further amended by the substitution for the definition of " local authority ", of the following definition:- " local authority " means any Municipal Council, Urban Council, Development Council or Pradeshiya Sabha'.
