Local Government Service Pensions (Special Provisions) Act (No. 59 of 1961) - Sect 5

Increase in pensions to be deemed to be granted under section 58 of Chapter 264

5. The increase in pensions enacted by the last preceding section shall be deemed to be granted under the provisions of section 58 of the Local Government Service Ordinance and the provisions of sections 59 and 60 of that Ordinance shall accordingly apply in respect of such increase in pensions.
