Local Government Service Pensions (Special Provisions) (Amendment) Act (No. 8 of 1969) - Sect 3

Amendment of section 5 of the principal Act

3. Section 5 of the principal Act is hereby amended as follows:
(1) by the substitution, for the expression " provisions of section 58 ", of the expression " provisions of section 57 or 58, as the case may be, "; and
(2) in the marginal note to that section, by the substitution, for the expression " under section 58 ", of the expression " under section 57 or 58 ".
