Land Reform (Amendment) Act (No. 39 of 1981) - Sect 15

Amendment of section 66 of the principal enactment

15. Section of the principal enactment is, hereby amended in the definition of the expression" person ", by the insertion" immediately after paragraph (b) thereof, of the following new paragraph;
(bb) a private trust ; or;
