Land Tax Act (No. 27 of 1961) - Sect 41

Recovery of land tax from persons leaving Ceylon

39. The provisions of section 87 of the Income Tax Ordinance shall apply as if such provisions were provisions of this Act and refer to the land tax instead of to the income tax.
