Section 2 of the Local Treasury Bills Ordinance (hereinafter referred to as the "principal enactment") is hereby amended in subsection (2) of that section by the substitution for the words " by an officer of the Central Bank authorized in that behalf by the Monetary Board of that bank.", of the words " by an officer of the Central Bank or any other person authorized in writing in that behalf by the Monetary Board of the Central Bank.
