Medical (Amendment) Act (No. 13 of 1993) - Sect 2

Amendment of section 41 of the chapter 105

2- Section 41 of the Medical Ordinance is hereby amended as follows:
(i) in paragraph (a) of subsection (2) of that section, by the substitution, for the words " fifteen years; and", of the words "eight years; and" ; and
(ii) in sub-paragraph (i) of paragraph (a) of subsection (2B) of that section, by the substitution, for the words " eight years ", of the words " four years ".
